Returns:

  • The item is faulty, or

We have made an error with the embroidery.

If either of these applies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue. We will provide return instructions to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method if the return meets our criteria. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.

Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
